The film for Christmas 2022 is called ‘Advent Cottage’. At the beginning of this year, when I was wondering if I had anything more to say about Christmas that might be turned into a third Christmas film, I spotted the address of a friend of mine. She lives in ‘Advent Cottage’, and it got me thinking what could have happened in a cottage with this name one Christmas time? One thought I had was of a medical station during the First World War, where wounded soldiers were brought, before being taken off to a field hospital. Somehow that idea morphed into angelic soldiers using the cottage as base for overseeing ‘Operation Rescue’…God’s plan for saving the world. The main film will premiere, both on this website and on YouTube, at 7 pm on Monday 12th December 2022.
